The Board of Supervisors will conduct a special public meeting on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The primary order of business is to conduct a hearing in accordance with Sections 609.1 & 916.1 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. The hearing will consider the Challenge to the Substantive Validity of the Mount Joy Township Zoning Ordinance and Request for Curative Amendment filed by Elizabethtown Mount Joy Associates, L.P. for properties known as Tax Account Nos. 461-41455-0-0000 & 461-95417-0-0000 (location map link below).
