The Aberdeen Mill Road Bridge over the Conewago Creek was closed in summer 2018 due to structural deficiencies identified after repeated storm events.  We jointly own and maintain the bridge with Conewago Township and have contracted with Rettew Associates for the design of a replacement bridge.  The replacement will be a single-span bridge with brand new superstructure and supports.

Design and permitting is underway and is expected to continue into 2020 with construction taking place shortly thereafter.
